Anyone have any reccomendations for a company/service/etc.. that can help me research demographics for direct mail (I hate the idea of direct mail, but it may be an option I have to consider)?

I actually prefer to just run ads in magazines with the correct reader/subscriber demographics (household income, age group, etc), but those aren't the easiest to find. I'm able to find the regional area magazines with the correct demographics, but I'm having a heck of a time finding national publications with the "right" demographics. Does anyone have any suggestions for locating magainze demographics info (other than searching every magazine site in existence).
