CMS 2 Start Page & Time out

Is there a way for a user to change the start page in CMS 2? I go to the lead management page about 100x more often than CMS, my current start page. Also is there a way to set time out threshold?

On the login page, tick the box that says "Remember Me on this Computer". This will keep you logged in until you click on Log out.

Is there a way for a user to change the start page in CMS 2?

Not really. BUT, if you tick the "Remember me on this computer" box, then you can add the Lead Management page to your bookmark so you can access the page quicker (without the login page).
