Leads not getting into Top Producer

Recently we have had a couple of leads not automatically go into Top Producer from www.jakemarsh.com. 1 specific example is Chris Ardelt. Can you please help?

It looks like the Top Producer integration was done on the register form, but not on some other forms (inquire, for example). The code can be added to those forms but it would require a work order.

These inquiries came into Top Producer prior to switching to the new CMS. I am checking on my end, but I'm pretty sure we paid for it. Don't do anything on that front until I get the go ahead from Jake/Greg.

Additionally, there have been registrations not auto populating into Top Producer. Below is the information for that user:

I suspect there are more that we don't know about.

Hello Stephanie

Top Producer is custom work and is billed by the hour. If we missed something then you wouldn't have paid for it.

I had a look at the registration form and it looks like all leads that use it should be getting sent to top producer. So if they are not getting there it may be a problem on top producers end.

vBuliten seems to have issues once in a while sending out the emails. Your best bet is to check in your User CP for your subscribed threads and see if any have been updated.
