Analytics not working and backup error

Hello,
I am trying to add my Google Analytics code in the tools sections of your sites. I have added the code on the sites below and it is not adding it to the code? I tried all four sites we host with you to no avail. To confirm I am only adding the uacct number.

westerraboise.com
westerrajerome.com
westerratwinfalls.com
westerraburley.com

Also the backup for westerraboise.com is parsing this error.

Could not parse SQL connection file. Please contact customer support.

A problem was encountered creating the temporary output file. Please contact customer support. (2)

Thanks for your help. We have requested the registration turned off on our family of sites. It some how keeps getting turned back on. westerratwinfalls and westerrajerome have the registration turned on. Can you turn it off for us?
