Need Lendor - Less then 20% down on Investment

If you know anyone with a program I have a 825 credit score barrower looking for a loan on a investment property. The problem is he doesn't want to come up with 20-25% down. So if anyone has a program that would allow for 10% or even maybe 15% down. I have a nice easy loan for you. Please just pm
