Best Real Estate PPC Tools?

Which tools do you prefer to utilize for creating, managing and optimizing your PPC campaigns? Just wondering what other webmasters are using and what might be the most robust for real estate.

On the topic, I highly suggest that anyone who is running a real estate PPC campaign should check out the Real Estate Keyword Tool that I developed (sorry for the shameless plug). It allows you to specify your location, specialties, affiliations, types of services offered, types of homes you specialize in etc and produces a list of keywords that can be utilized for Google AdWords or any other PPC campaign. Once search can produce up to 75,000 keyword results. That's a pretty thorough long-tail list.

Besides the self promotion TOS issue, the idea of having lots of long tail keywords in an AdWords campaign is not always the best way to go about it, as I have responded in the other thread where this poster plugged the tool: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread28198.html

I don't use anything but Google's own adwords editor, but I've heard great things about SpeedPPC.

Actually, I'll have to take that back. SpeedPPC is more about setting up your google campaign, not so much managing it.

I use keywordspy.com personally. i have also used google tools but you know for [keyword research i think this tool is better with results.
you can also give it a try, it has trial facility.

Use Php Keyword tracking. That is the best "tool" that I recently implemented to a non-real estate themed campaign I have set up. It lets me know exactly what keyword the "buyer" searched for before they clicked my ad and then converted to a sale. It is awesome! (and free if you know php coding).

Is this better than just using the adwords "Search Query" that shows every single key phrase the visitor typed in? You can see the adwords phrase that google showed them and then it shows the actual key words the visitor typed in when you showed them the ad.
Great place to find long tails to convert to exact match especially when you notice that several folks have typed in those exact terms several times..

This is my question as well. I have always found that Google provides most all of the tools needed to set-up and monitor an effective ad-word campaign. That said, I have heard good things about SpeedPPC (although I have no personal experience with the software).
