customer reports no search results received

Client reports still no search results. I believe she should have results.Please check. Searches appear to have results in the back end.Thanks

I tried to check the send search report but find a fatal error of too many connections"connect fatal error: could not connect to host - Too many connections " to investigate further.

Do you mean that she does a search and doesn't get any results? I suspect that you mean that she doesn't think she's getting the saved search emails?

I see under the history tab that she's got 2 listings - One on the 28th and one of the 28th of Aug.

Have them check their spam folder - or their spam settings on their email account.

I'll recommend that to her as I would suspect she should be getting listings. There was obviously some other problem the other day.Not sure customers( mine) saw it or just your customers(me), but it was surprising.What occurred? Not enough rack space?
