    Default User not getting emails

    A user on our site, Richard Davis radriand@hotmail.com, signed up and says that he isn't getting any updates yet there are hundreds of listings that match and new ones should be coming on. We've had him check in his junkmail and hasn't found anything there either. Could you please let me know how to verify that listings are going out or if there are settings that I/he can change? Thanks!

    Hi Jake,

    how to verify that listings are going out
    I dont' think this can be done at the moment.

    f there are settings that I/he can change?
    The "Receive New Listings" (Yes/No) in the Lead Management

    he isn't getting any updates
    We will schedule someone to check and investigate this for you.

    We have had others not get emails but very few and sporadic

    Hi Jake,
    There was a problem with the script that sends out your emails. I think it's fixed now, so your clients should be getting them now. Please let us know if there are further problems.

    Richard still isn't getting any. I also saved a search (email: girardsteph9@hotmail.com) and I'm not getting any either.

    Hello,

    I've corrected the issue with the saved search emails for Jakemarsh.com.
    I sent out a batch of emails manually just a few moments ago.

    The MetroList database does not update on the weekends so the next saved search emails will go out Monday.

    We are having this same problem on our site. IDX feeds are not sending out to any of our test emails as well as real emails.

    What was done to fix this issue?
