What is a good billboard headline?

I have a highway sign in front of my office. It's lit and has a 4 x 8 letter board on it that I change weekly with sayings, ads, open information etc. I like to be different and looking to see if anybody has some good real estate "one liners" that would work well on a 4 x 8 highway sign. The trick is I only have room, for about 50 letters. I have had many items up there, right now one side says "It's not Vegas, don’t gamble your equity on inexperience call (and my number here)" but I have some funny ones, serious ones, and many in between. Any ideas in 50 letters or less that would be neat or eye catching to see on a sign, looking for input.
