Now you can also make some additional money by adding your ad sense onto your videos in youtube, but I'm not sure if you want the few extra bucks giving the chance that someone can click on the ads that's at the lower portion of your videos.

uploading you listings on youtube can hardly be useful in itself. people are not going on youtube to watch real estate listings, aren't they?

what you can do is spread the link to your video to your e-mail liest, if you have one. even then, however, you are not guaranteed anyone would get excited (i am talking from experience). people are simply fed up with being pitched with our listings - they are rather looking for meaningful content...

You can always embed the youtube video of your listings on your own website i'm assuming that would have some strong SEO benefits.
