Accountability and Marketing Group

For those that do not know, I ran a pizza shop in my previous career. I ran a group like this before of different operators across the country and it worked out quite well.

I'm looking to start an online accountability and marketing group. The idea is that we get 10-12 people together and we are able to share specific files and ideas that we might not want posted on a public message board. You post your ads, you get feedback etc. We set goals and hold everyone to those goals. Some people in the groups will naturally click and can exchange instant messenger ids if they like etc, for on the fly feed back. It is just another networking tool.

I'll check through things and create a group, if we have extra people, I'll create a second group and seek someone on the list to captain that group, etc.,

It really depends on the membership of the group.

Just like everyone's goals are different, each groups goals would be different, based on membership.

Maybe you have a wacky mailer idea and you aren't sure if it will work (which I do) so you want to bounce it off a few other people, but not out in front of everyone.

Maybe you have a pretty strong expired listing program, but you're weak in the FSBO area and you're looking for specific help.

Looking for a trusted friend to do a remote database backup exchange...

Have you been telling yourself that you are going to start to attend more local networking meetings? Get involved in your local chamber or association? Maybe you are supposed to drop 20 pounds this year. Put your goal out there for the group, and let everyone hold you accountable.

If anyone is familiar with software development, think of it as your alpha/beta testing group.

Hey Scott, I like the overall idea. If you get something together and have room I would participate. Always good to bounce ideas and see others thoughts.
