I'd like a quote for REW to create a market update page for me that provides an automatic daily market update similar to www.jimolenbush.com/market.htm. It would be nice to have a market stats page that I don't have to manually update myself.

No - It would be just like on the example you referenced. You should create the text format you would like now then I can estimate how long it will take to fill-in the variable statistics.

Following-up from your previous quote in this thread, please revise your quote to create an "Austin Statistics" main webpage that will have a link on my main left hand navigation bar under the "Austin Community" link. This page will be similar to www.jimolenbush.com/market.htm but will have the following differences. At the top of the page the <h1> header will say "Austin Real Estate Statistics" and just under that as a sub-header it will say "Austin Market Statistics Updated Daily". Under that there will be some text that says "The following information is a summary of the Austin real estate market for single-family homes in Austin Texas for the current year from January 1st through (Insert date and time of last daily update here). Under this text will be the data setup exactly like on my page http://www.regentpg.com/barton-creek-stats.php. The only difference is that it will start with "Date Range: 01/01/2008 - (Insert date and time of last daily update here)" rather than "Archive #8: 08/01/2008 - 09/01/2008" and the statistics under the date range will not be archived anymore - they will just get updated each day with the new year-to-date data. One issue with this is that we don't actually have the data provided for these stats - we are generating those stats on pages such as these http://www.regentpg.com/barton-creek-stats.php

I'll check with the programmer that made up those stats and let you know what we can do here.

What have you found out from the programmer? It is my understanding that the programmer could do the same thing with this request that he did when creating the stats page for my various neighborhoods.
