After talking this over with the programmers - it seems that this will not be possible to do like you've outlined - We do not have access to the entire ABOR sold data set. We only get the active listings.

The stats you have on the various neighborhood pages are generated from files that you upload.

The only thing we can think of is that if you were somehow able to obtain that sold data - we could give you an estimate on a solution to parse that data and display the stats for it.

You may want to schedule some time with your sales rep to discuss further options.
