Hello Everyone,

I am a first time visitor but intend to be a frequent one as I need to get my web site producing business for me. When I first started selling real estate about 5 years ago, I had good ranking in the search engines but it has gotten a lot more competitive and I now rank poorly. Hopefully my time spent here will help me turn that around. I have done all of my own design work at the site listed below.

Any advise offered as to how to improve it would be greatly appreciated.

I am Ted. I just made a new userID thinking that using keywords in my userID might help the relevance of the back links in my signature. I have sent the webmaster a message alerting him to this fact.

You are in one of the few places that I would leave this area for. I have been to Maui several times. About a year ago I spent 10 days exploring Hanna. What a beautiful place!

The market here in Summit County is strong. Sales have been on the rise terms of total number of transactions and average sales price. This past May was by far the best May the county has ever seen. I took a quick peek but I couldn't find the link for that page on your site.
Since your just building pr and links, I would probably put the link to that page on the homepage to get it indexed and give it a little pr so you'll have an easier time building your link partners...but that just me...
