I have noticed several changes. Are they benefiting or hurting your sites?
Well let me say this I hope it goes back to where it was before the shuffle! How about you?
Nothing has changed with me yet.
What I have noticed in the last month is that I can range anywhere from 3rd to 10th in the keywords I am shooting for. Almost as if MSN is purposely rotating us out so everyone gets a chance at the top.
I’m not talking about a slight move every 2 weeks. I’m talking about visible placement change once or twice a day. 9a.m. i'm at 4th, 12p.m. i'm at 7th and 9p.m. i'm at 12th. Weird.
Well one of my keywords moved up 30. So i'm now placed within the 2nd page for a nice keyword. Other than that everything has remained the same.
EDIT: One keyword dropped about 4 but it wasn't one that had generated leads. All it generated was the occasional hit.
BTW, is there a tool I can get my hands on that tells me how often a paticular keyword is searched for on MSN per time period?![]()

The top 2 sites in my area don't have there keywords anywhere on there home page nor in there tags.
Has msn introduced some kind of over optimization filter.
I was #1 for the term "real estate" in msn and now im not first page, looks like something is amiss
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
It appears that MSN spiders my site every 14 days. On the first day the site is in the highest position and then it slips as the 14 days pass. Previous to the last spidering I would fluxuate from 4 to 10, right now I am doing very well for Key West Real Estate (#2), yesterday it was #1. On the seconday words like luxury, oceanfront, waterfornt, etc it has been steady in the top 2 or 3 positions for a over a month. I have recently tweaked my titles and descriptions a little and added some key west content which seems to have helped.Originally Posted by San Diego Real Estate
Have stayed steady at #1 for the only keywords I bother checking with msn. Don't check more as msn generates very little traffic so I just don't care.

My thoughts on the Sarasota Association of REALTORS actions.
We have been #1 or #2 on MSN for main KW phrase and it really has not produced anything whatsoever.
