it would be great to hear about keyword selection and keyword use (within both the web writing AND within the metatags).

while I know keyword research is typically positioned as a personal / area specific thing, you guys obviously have copious amounts of resesarch and experience knowing what people ACTUALLY search for. For instance, "Town Name Real Estate" seems to be the top term people shoot for however is this REALLY what people search for?

What are the prioritized 10 most common terms / phrases / keywords that people actually utilize when trying to find homes on the web? If you look at this list, let's focus on the first 5 on the list and see real examples of how these phrases are sucessfully utilized on page and in the meta tags and get actionable tips and ideas on how we can do the same.
