Sorry for this dumb question but here goes anyway.

in order to set up an agent e-mail box. We just assign it when we set the agent up in the lead manager under the tab add agent??

or is that something you have to set up for us?

We can generate random passwords for you, or you can pick your own. If you pick your own they must meet the requirements of our password policy.
