    Default template e-mails

Aa I do not stand a competitor to any other REW member, i was hoping someone could help me with this.

I am looking for a template e-mail to send to leads that do not respond to an initial phone call or e-mail.

Please feel free to e-mail or contact me to discuss.

    Thank you

Why not create your own drip email campaign? It is not that hard and IMHO will come off as way less canned than any out of the box campaign you will buy.

Here's a good one many of my agents use or "non responders".

    Hi <customer>,

I've been having a problem with my emails getting through, and I just want to make sure the list of homes I sent you didn't get lost.

Would you mind replying to confirm you received it?

    Thanks so much!

Use this in the subject line:

Subject: Mike, thanks for your inquiry, please reply

Or something like that. Call them by name, so they know you mean business.

Tell them what you want (to contact them and know what they need) but don't be pushy.

This works the best for me.

Oh, and don't use template emails until the second month of trying to contact them.

If they want your help right away, they'll respond.

If they were just poking around, keep them on a drip campaign over time to make sure they don't go to someone else and forget about you.

    Hope this helps!
