Default Possible topics for next year

Just thinking on the plane back home about some potential topics for next year...

    1. A best practices discussion on lead management. How best to convert an IDX registration to a closed sale. Maybe a pannel discussion with people sharing what they feel comfortable with. What has worked, what hasn't.

    2. Essential HTML and snippet building for REALTORS. I know that a lot of people have web programming and web design background, but many of us do not. Maybe to mix things up there can be a discussion beyond basic concepts and really come up with some cool features and snippets that would be interesting for the advanced user. I'm also not thinking of serious coding or design elements, just basic stuff that the average REW agent can create that may get them immediate results

    Hey Carolyn!

    a) Good to finally meet you at the Conference!
    b) I think that those are excellent subjects. Outside of SEO, I think that lead conversion was the hottest "hallway topic" out there. Most everyone seemed to have their own "special" way of doing it...I know that I got a LOT out of some of the side discussion that I had with folks about that. Very profitable IMO.

    Best;

I agree. Lead follow up is key! We are fine tuning some of our lead follow up systems. Once we get things up and running we would be happy to share what we are doing.

    Howdy Everyone,

Lead follow up and the resulting conversion is most definitely a good thing.

I think the panel idea would be great. I plan on investing some quality time on fine tuning our lead follow up systems too.

It was really great to meet everyone at the conference.

    I can't wait for next year's event!!

Notes Mike took on the Jet, may be silly because he had not slept in 2 days...

Notes for next year to make the summit even better.

Provide a disk full of tools for checking out your competition.
Provide a clickable list of good info links for the attendees on disk or thumb drive.
Provide a print out of all of the class notes templates for note taking.
Provide a “Copy this entirely and rank quickly” package for newbs to get them on the first 10 pages.
    Write a SEO war GUIDe.
    Speak leet.
Show an entire link campaign in action, create new links for members at the conference. Create at least one good link for each of them in class.
Analyze all of the top market realtors and see where they get their phat links.
Analyze other metro areas for low competition.
-CENSORED- I'm not sharing the rest of the list.

Mike I think that is a great list. Maybe a few more of those ideas should be censored if you want to work on your world web domination but seriously, that type of information would be really valuable. The more we can analyze, the more possible money we can spend with REW (at least most of us) to make the systems work.
