Default Need New Field for Snippet

I need a quote on getting a new field to use in my snippets. There's a field in my mls called "area" and I want to incorporate that into my snippets. (This is a priority over my other request below.)

I would also like a quote for a modification to my search form. I would like the form to display "area" and "subdivision", with the "subdivision" field dynamically updating to display only the subdivisions in the chosen area(s) (users could choose more than one of either). Either field could be left blank if the user chose to do so and still complete their search based on the other existing fields in the form.

I would want the "area" field to display not only the number of the area, but also the specific county/part of town the area refers to. For example:
NW Lexington (Fayette County) -- Area 1

Also, is there any way I could get my search map moved up about 25% so the south side of town is more visible initially?

    Thanks.

How about another tab "By Area" - then have the subdivision box below the areas - similar to this search page http://www.tedsoldit.com/idx/
To do that it would be about a 2hr programming project.

Doing the "county/part of town" might not be possible - however - We could have it look like:

"Fayette County NW -- Area 1"
    "Woodford County -- Area 10"

Sure - 15mins programming - You can also send us the longitude / Latitude that you want it to center on.
