How do I figure out someones IP address if I want REW to block that IP address?

I their email address, is that enough?

This person is in my CMS as a registered user.

An email address will not do - IP address is usually tied to a computer - so you need to capture their IP when they are browsing your site.

Blocking an IP address usually doesn't stop the person - it'll only delay them for a couple of minutes while they get a new IP. Is this person spamming you?

yes they are spamming me. I know their URL and email address.

Well - you need the IP in order to block it.
