Hey bud,
REW has begun it's development of mobile phone enabled IDX search, you can see an example here http://dev48.rewtemplates.com/mobile/ - this however is a far cry from the CB example - your estimate would probably be somewhere around 25-30k for something like that and you would have to send us an iphone (we can't get them with our provider) -

Just a suggestion, I think it would be neat if the website that the mobile page is for can have the logo at the top of the search for branding of this cool feature.

Branding is an obvious must - and will be added per customer, pricing don't know, not done yet
