Actually for a lead generation website looks pretty good. From the looks of it using homestead was part of a devious plan hmmm 9.99 a month for a subdomain

been thinking about it for a couple of months but from what I read,
google and yahoo probably won't do anything about it anyway..

I doubt that search engines care at this moment. He has not been penalized for either one and the amount of time that url's have been indexed, do benefit him with his rankings.
I'm not sure if the spam benefits him anywhere other than msn. All I know is that his sites look like garbage and if he was smart, he would focus on getting a better web site. I believe he would rank without the spam, but maybe it's his ego that's in the way.

In his own mind he is probably the hero who outsmarted Google LOL

I believe Google remove his site .. run web CEO and can no longer find him on the keyword East bay Real Estate ( that keyword is platinum )

Thats not even the worse I've seen. I know of one person here in Vegas that has at least half a dozen doorway sites.
