I'm currently writing one of my monthly articles for a national Real Estate investment magazine and would like to extend an offer to 3 REW customers (based on the performance of this, I may open this up to agents other then REW customers for future articles).
The category of this article is: Commercial Real Estate and the topic of this article is 1031 exchanges.
In my articles I site specific references, give agent and company names and provide keyword search term for the submitters article/information reference.
These articles are initially published in print and are not published with links or URLs.
However, 30-60 days following the original printed version I reproduce the articles with links and distribute accordingly. The 30-60 day delay is due to contract stipulations with the publisher and my time constraints.
There are a few rules and caveats:
- Only one submittal per agent will be accepted
- The paragraph MUST be unique! No paraphrasing, no copying from some one else etc.! I will check it before including it in the article. Anyone found to be sending unoriginal content will not be included in any future requests. I am under liability for unique content for these articles.
- The Submittal must be received by this Friday as the article will be published in November (due date for article submission is always mid month).
- The submittal should be 1-2 sentences only.
- Submittals should include: who you want quoted for the reference, keywords you want quoted for the reference, and a link to an actual reference. If no link is provided as a source for the reference only the agent and company names will be sited as reference.
