I know that some of you know me as the guy who is good at lead conversion. I haven't spent to much time on this site, but it seems to have some excellent people on this site.
Right now I'm typing while watching my Red Sox hopefully win tonight!
Just a little background on me. I have been in one business or another since I was 19 years old. My first business was a modular home sales business which bored the heck out of me. I sold a couple of them the first month and then stopped. After that I owned a paintball business (very fun), flower business, restaurant, Ad Agency, Promotions Company, Dating Service, Internet Company, Mortgage Company, Real Estate Brokerage, 100MPH Marketing and Software (launching the end of the month in Florida) and The eHomes Realty Network.
Along the way I have learned a ton. I learned most of my Internet marketing from my Internet Company between 1996 and 2000. Unfortunately I was a victim of the Internet Bubble and lost everything! It was tough, but I knew there was something better in my future. Who would have thought that all my Internet experience would be so beneficial in the Real Estate world!
I started using the Internet my second year in Real Estate (2002). It immediately was successful but that was by luck. Over the next several years I spent a few hundred thousand dollars on marketing and trying different programs. Don't get me wrong, I made plenty of money by investing that cash, but it certainly gave me the business to test my concepts.
In 2005 I opened Tropical Realty in Melbourne Florida. Of course who knew I was opening my Brokerage at the beginning of the end! However, we managed to grow each year. In 2007 and so far in 2008 we are the number 1 brokerage in buyer transactions in Brevard County...out of about 500 offices. Not bad for a little company that's only 3 years old!
I had originally set up the company to franchise and spent a ton of money getting myself set up. We currently are licensed to sell franchises in Florida. However, after really doing some soul searching, I decided that my real mission in life was to help individuals and small brokerages. If I did franchise, the chances are I wouldn't be helping the people I wanted to help. The problem was I spent a ton of cash on getting set up and wasn't sure what to do. I finally decided to set up The eHomes Realty Network.
The Network is a membership site that contains all the tools that I developed for my franchising operation. It contains all my training manuals, a marketing forum, a business forum, recommended products with discounts for our members, webinars every two weeks and more. I also spend a good amount of time with each of my members consulting them on how to use the Internet to grow their businesses. In a little over a month we have 48 members and growing.
Well, now you know my story. I'm always here to help if anyone wants advice on Internet Lead Conversion and Marketing. I'm pretty much most into pay per click because it's predictable.
