Unable to Add City for New Listing

I'm attempting to add a new listing to the RealEstateForWomenByWomen website, and after entering the street address and selecting the state (Virginia), I noticed the city of Springfield is not listed in the City dropdown box.

I clicked on the Manage button to Manage Cities and typed in Springfield under the Add City/Town field but the Go button will not depress, and therefore am unable to add Springfield to the list.

Can someone assist?
