auto search results for the client

So I received this email as "admin" this morning which I understand... it is a client of Kevin Huntley's that he set up on auto search. What I don't understand is #1 the file error comment on the email below and #2 why wouldn't Kevin's contact info be showing up on any properties that are sent on his behalf if the client is registered with him. We had this issue in the beginning when we started up the site but Jesse fixed it as soon as we brought it to his attention. What changed? If the agent has clients registered with them any information sent to that client should have the registered agent's info not any other agent from our office's info or no info at all. This is highly important because they could possibly contact the other agent even though they are working with one particular agent (Kevin in this example.) Attachement #2 is in the next thread

Hey Janice,

I've looked into the issue of the saved search emails and tweaked them up a bit. The emails were all being sent out by you, the system admin. Although the agent details were being added to the emails, the sender address was still being set to the default IDX admin. I've changed it to be sent from the agents from now on. we'll know if it works on the next saved search emails.

As for viewing the details page and not seeing Kevin's details, are you logged in as one of Kevin's leads? If you are not logged in or logged in as someone else, somebody not assigned to Kevin, then you won't see his contact information.

Thanks - somewhere I am sure I'm someone's lead - so if your theory is correct then whomever I am attached to should have shown up in the agent info - not blank generic info. Am I making sense?

Yes you are exactly right.

I just doubled checked and it seems you have two accounts. One assigned to Lori Recce, and the other assigned to Cherie Kukhahn. I logged on with both accounts and checked a random details page and both agents contact information was displayed for me.
