Has anyone had any luck with uniquearticlewizard dot com ? It seems like a great tool, but then again it could just be a great sales job on their site. For $67 it seems like a no brainer, but wanted to see if anyone else has had any success?

I have never used their services but took a look at the site and I think that they are just doing a good job with direct response advertising. Of course I could be wrong but having gotten played by these sites on other topics before I wised up it has made me very skeptical.

Yea Joel they submitted it and you were right everyday I get 3-4 alerts from different publishers that the article has been submitted to. So this will save a lot of time and much easier than taking the time out to submit to 50 different sites.

I'll be honest I haven't put the commuting calculator on my site yet, only because I'm just not sold on the fact that other people are going to download it from my site. What success stories do you know of from random Realtors who have put the calculator on their site? Whats the average number of links each person has received from the calculator?

One of our most recent success stories we had was from the Realtor who submitted a video testimonial - that you can see at the bottom of the calculator download page. It moved him from page 6 on google for a medium competition phrase - to page 1 within a few weeks. That was solely because of the inbound links it generated for him.

I don't want to turn this into a "Pitch", so I'll just say that the bottom line is that you'll get out of it - what you put into it. In other words, if you bury the calculator on an internal page no one ever visits, no one will even see it, so your odds of getting links from it are slim to none. In that case, you may as well not even bother.

HOWEVER, if you put it in a visible place on your site and take a few steps to get the word out, and it will certainly work for you. You'll easily get 5, 10, or even 50 one-way links to your site for very little effort. (Certainly less effort than trying to do link exchanges with strangers.)
