Chat snippet quote

I am requesting a quote for a chat snippet on our site. We are looking to give potential clients the ability to chat with our phone duty agent to get info on homes, neighborhoods, etc. We would like to require some type of login (name, phone # and/or email) so that we would be able to capture their info. Scott did you have a software in mind? Chat software is not something REW provides, but we can certainly implement most third party application (example http://www.realsourcebrokers.com) -

Where on the site would you like to implement this? I couldn't seem to find any examples of sites that use this chat software - Do you have any? I don't think we've implemented this particular chat software before so I'm not sure what it takes to implement. Could you provide us with this information?

Aaron,
After speaking with their sales team it appears that the service is hosted with them. All we would need to do is add the code to our site and it will work. (I am guessing some type of widget). I will touch base with them to get the ball rolling and get the code. I may look at having it added to the top banner area where we have our logo...or something like that. I would like to have it accessible from any page and highly visible. Thanks!
