need a change to htaccess

There should be an htaccess file for jennifermackay.

Since I can't get to this file, can someone please add the following:

Redirect 301 condos-rent-or-buy.php
http://www.jennifermackay.com/panama-city-condos-rent-or-buy.php

Please let me know when this is completed so I can remove the page.
