Please provide me a quote to create a new Property Search page called “Foreclosures” under my “Property Search” section that contains a listings snippet of foreclosure homes in the greater Austin area. The quote will need to include the standard quick search at the top of the search results page and the price ranges on the results page should only display the ranges that represent houses that are actually for sale. No price range should show up if no houses are for sale in that price range. I’m not sure if you have created a foreclosure snippet for Austin before, but there is a foreclosure search parameter in the MLS with “Yes/No” criteria. It is also possible that “Foreclosure” could/would show up in the “Internet Remarks” and/or “Agent Remarks” field/s so the snippet could also be set up to look for this text.
Please also provide me a quote to create a new Property Search page called “Short Sales” under my “Property Search” section that contains a listings snippet of short sale homes in the greater Austin area. The quote will need to include the standard quick search at the top of the search results page and the price ranges on the results page should only display the ranges that represent houses that are actually for sale. No price range should show up if no houses are for sale in that price range. There is no “Short Sale” search parameter in the MLS, but the term “Short sale” could/would show up in the “Internet Remarks” and/or “Agent Remarks” field/s so the snippet could also be set up to look for this text.
