IDX sign up's & web leads

I know e-mail drips have been discussed & there are some great ideas here but I was looking through for something similar but did not see so sorry if it’s a re-post.

Taking the scenario, someone logs on or registers to use your IDX. You get the normal e-mail showing they signed up, you have their number & e-mail. Considering you have the automatic reply (nicely done) set up and that went out.

From here what do you do now that seems to be working (if your willing to share ) now?

Looking for the phone call reply more than anything as the drip e-mail has been discussed pretty good already and there is a great thread going now on that.

It would be great to know from those seeing success what one would expect after signing in on your site and the follow up phone calls.

Hey Derrick! Converting leads takes some time to master. I spent 7 years finally getting it down. Our Agents in my office in Melbourne Florida are averaging 1 sale out of every 24 leads. That was as of June. I think our number is even better now, but I won't do numbers until the end of the year. The key though is solid follow up. We implement a drip campaign with a solid phone campaign as well as blast emails from our Agents. If they are serious about buying a home, then we are going to be their Realtors!

I remember somebody here said obtaining the real phone number was like getting the prize at the bottom of the crackerjack box, I always thought that was funny. Definitely call. ASAP.
