Need Price for these snippets

Recent Price Reductions

They do not appear to have a "Price Change Date" they do however have a list price original and the current price - so we could set up a script that would track the price changes and the dates the prices were changes.

3-5hrs Programming

We do not appear to have a "List Date" field ... however we could do a snippet that would show the listings added that day as we do keep track of the listings that are new for that day to use in the saved searches. 1hr programming.

Horse Properties

There is a "Common Features" field we can use which says that the listing has "Horse Facilities" - 15mins programming.

Eco-Friendly Properties (Green)

This one I'm a bit unsure on ... There is an "ENERGY" field that we could search for stuff like "Energy Star Appliances", "High Efficiency Water Heater", "Double Pane Windows" ... but I am unsure on what all exactly makes a home "Eco-Friendly" ... Does the "ENERGY" field sound like it might work - if so It would be just 15 mins to set up a snippet to search the "ENERGY" field.

(Note the 15 min estimates is only for one site)

Hi Mike,

It appears you are requesting 2 snippets - One for the "Just listed" listings ... then one for the "Common Features" field we can use which says that the listing has "Horse Facilities" ....

My original estimates of 1.25hrs for these 2 snippets was for one site.

We could add these snippets to all 3 IDX sites in a 2hr project.

On the New Listing Snippets can we make it like that other one i requested on the becky site. let me find the link again. She has then broke down by county.
