Is there a way to create a snippet for an area?

..as opposed to a neighborhood?

The problem being that in parts of north and central austin...well, pretty much everywhere, there are some homes that are not in major neighborhoods.

Is there a way to specify a snippet to grab an area of information as opposed to having to create snippets for each neighborhood?
