I'm not able to find that estimate for the widening of your site ... Design will supply a new estimate. For the "Market Stats" .... could you elaborate on that some more? What types of stats would you like to display?

Condos under contract
Homes sold in current month
Condos sold in current month
average days on market
sales price -v- sold price

adding a column to right of tedsoldi with stats and a blog under stats

I believe that Marc updates those status manually. For your IDX feed - we do not have access to any sold listings - so we cannot do the sold stats. The Average Days on Market we do have a "CDOM" field that we could use.
We could do the homes and condos under contract - using the status types. There is once "Con" that could be "Under Contract" .... sales price -v- sold price also not possible due to no sold data. Let me know how you wish to proceed.
