Paul, it's interesting and still a bit confusing!...did you get far enough down that "Q & A" to figure out if there are in fact only 3 rotating positions available per city?

If you decide to pay for it... at least that's how I read it.

Yeah, I think so, Morgan, though I don't think they specified a year (!), much less a roll out date...did you also understand that you could only search by "city"? If so, that's mistake number one IMHO (for many markets).

Not on by default, you have to select the option in my settings of your profile.

I've taken a look at it and so far all listings for my area are directed towards jstlisted dot com. Seems quite odd that new feature is automatically setup for a site before anyone else was able to setup the feature.

If you have the feature turned on, it will display a search box on the top of your blog for users to search.

Also, the AR site seems to be experiencing many problems. I tried to look at this feature and got so many errors on the site it was unusable. I had to continually log out and in to get back to where I was.

    So far, not impressed.

However, the AR'ers are certainly loving this.

Interesting though, many of the positive comments I've read from the AR'ers are those that will be unable to use the feature since they don't have an IDX site.

That's Housevalues influence... I don't trust them at all. So they are using AR to promote justlisted.com Amazing that agents will put up with that.

I watched the video last night. If there is no local traffic, then it is directed to a "national" company, guess now that it's live we know who that is. I will direct local to my site, but I'm not willing to pay or trade credits for the rerouted traffic.

Have not had much time to really look into it but for some reason as soon as I saw it, I automatically starting thinking of ways to....

I set this up last night. You can point the user to a different page for each city, so instead of directing everything to my IDX page, I've pointed each city to a corresponding city page on my site.
I was looking at hittail this afternoon and saw a hit from AR and was momentarily excited, but then realized that was me testing a page to see how it worked.
I like AR but everytime they introduce things (neighborhood sponsorships, sending people to justlisted, etc.) always makes me a bit cautious.
