Automating Snippets

I would like to know if it is possible to generate IDX results based upon clicking a link and having it yield a result. For example, I have multiple subdivisions listed in my area real estate page (which is further divided by city). I would like a client to be able to click on a subdivision (ie Milford Chase in Marietta) and have it generate all the listings in that subdivision. I have hundreds of subdivisions listed, so it would be a hassle to create a separate page for each and every one.

2 Solutions to propose.

#1) ... Use the URL to determine which listings to show. For example this site:
http://www.capecoralhomesales.com/id...ns/pine-island
It's set up so that you can simply place the name of the subdivision at the end of the URL. Then it will show the user the listings in that subdivision.

One issue here is that you will not be able to place content onto these listings pages. It takes about 1.5hrs to set up and fully that.


#2) .... This one is a bit trickier. We can write a script that will create a CMS page and a snippet for each of the subdivisions ( you'll end up with hundreds of snippets ) We would create all these pages as sub pages of one master page or only subdivisions in a certain city if you like. It's about 5-8hrs to set up this and test it.
