Thanks Matt! Glad you are finding my stuff useful for ya! I'm in Kansas right now training a group of Agents. I forgot it's cold here! They are capturing a good amout of leads, but as with most of the Agents and Brokers I work with, they don't have a good conversion system. Today we worked on several system changes and tomorrow I train his 13 Agents. My guess is we will be able to add an additional 5-10 sales per month to his team with a little tweaking! I like these ones!

Len, sorry I didn't see that. I don't do any mailings at all. Everything we do is Internet and email based. Our database is at more than 22,000 in one office and 13,000 or so in the other office. It's much more cost effective for me to work my database with different buyer benefits. So far it has kept my brokerage growing each year. This year we are up over 50 transactions from last year! I like that!

With that said, I'm sure a similar program to a non email database would work well too. I'm just into the free aspect of email marketing!
