I have had some instances the actual site looks much more worse than what was depicted in the full disclosure. I guess when you read the blueprint one would have imagine it differently.

The full disclosure is a starting point in the negociation. I would discount any needed repairs at the rate of $2 for each $1 of repair needed. Write an explanation to the bank property disposition officier expaling your offer. Th bank may not be aware of the extra work that is required.
