MrJodyHudson- SERPS is short for search engine results pages. Meaning if your keyword was Minneapolis Real Estate , where do you rank one the Minneapolis Real Estate page. You can also change your Preferences to show 100 results on a page instead of 20 by going to http://www.google.com/preferences?hl=en
Edina is home to the first indoor mall. Search Edina Realty to find your new home.

Ahhhhh, Great, the world is much brighter now that I know what the terms mean!!!

I go for thousands of key words and strings and search phrases... I TRY to add a dozen or two each day! Still there are some more favored combinations, but amazingly... out of hundreds of people per day to our site on the searches - only a small handful use the same terms more than once. In other words in the list of search strings that get people to our site - out of hundreds of strings less than a dozen are used more than once!!!

I look at it like a huge library full of books and trying to decide which books people want; I just try to have lots of books so most anyone looking will find something of value on my site.

Many of the people we finally talk to, have been on our site dozens or even hundreds of times, before they finally call or email us.

They feel like they know us before they contact us the first time.

    Hi,

Quick question why the PR for this site dropped from 7 to 5 in a day?

Also, why it would benefit to link my website from postings. I believe these posts are not indexed. Please explain, Morgan asked to link website for benefit of poster, I am sure he is right. Also, I dont see page rank for different groups.

I see no change in PR. Gogle shows PR7 for www.realestatewebmasters.com and a PR6 for www.realestatewebmasters.com/index.php

Links from your signature will show up with time. The posts do get indexed.

Now that the site change and mod re-write are done you should start seeing PR propagate to the interior pages after the next update

I was thinking the same thing, as time passes and google picks it, than href link will make the difference.

Also, I was certain I saw PR 5 yesterday. However, today I saw PR and it does show 7. My heart sank for a while when I saw 5 , and immediately I made the earlier post.

    Looks good now
