So a new buyer signs up on your website, how often do you send out an email? Every 3 days, 5 days or 10 days and for how long before you give up? I'm thinking every 10 days for a 1 year?

I just started with my new REW template and I'm not sure how effective my drip will be, but my emails are sent on day 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28, 42, 56, 70, 84, 98, 112, 126, 140, 154.
We'll see if it works. I was told to send more emails in the beginning and less at the end. The bottom line is, it doesn't matter how many emails you send or when you send them... will the person contact you if they read your email, because that is your goal and the purpose of the drip campaign?
Good luck.

I was wondering the same thing. Also -- at what point to do you delete them?

I am really bad about this, even though I know the power of keeping up with your data base. Keller Williams has the 33 touches per year. Works well if you pick a few and you are consistant with it. I do like the idea Mark, of easying back on the marketing as it progresses so they dont feel like you are pestering them. Later on in the campaign they should know you well and appreciate valuble info once in a while.
Oh and to add, I run a vacation rental business and real estate office so I train agents to work data bases but am too busy to keep up with my own data base. lol....need an organized assistant
What ideas or what seems to be best for the drip from 1st to last? Do you have a pre-made campaign or do you customize it? Is the first a welcome then 2nd a how’s it going and 3rd here is a market update etc or?

I am also curious about what content seems to work best in your drip. Anyone have a set system that seems to work well for them? I used to use Dave Beason's Letter follow up but seemed a little cheesy and not really to my liking but I just didn't have the time to develop a system of my own.
