We are considering numerous updates to our site. I ran across the following post http://dev14.rewtemplates.com/
Is this layout an option to upgrade the site to? How much of an upgrade would this be?

That's actually LEC 2.0 (with a custom color scheme) - the demo for the site is located here: http://2.rewlec.com (to access the IDX you will need a password etc) it's rew / rew
LEC 2.0 is a $10,000 website all in (includes basic content migration for REW customers)
That particular site is probably one of the most feature rich I have ever done (feel free to dig a bit, it's quite deep) you can read about the entire development here http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/...rey/5635/show/ - as I decided to document the entire development process for our customers to gain an appreciation of what goes into a truly custom site (And what is require on behalf of the customer)
LEC's are on a first come first serve basis and one per area - LEC V 1 is already sold in Denver, but this newest LEC is still available (although our more popular areas are selling out fast)
Let me know if you have any questions
Cheers
