Seems you have the Lots and Land http://www.oaklandhomespecialist.com/idx/ we just labeled it "Land" ... Adding the Lease Rentals would take 1.5hrs programming. I suggest that if you are going to add rentals that we also code something that switches the price ranges to something more reasonable for Lease Rentals. Let's use Mike's site as an example http://www.nuhomesource.com/idx/ - see when you click "lease" the min and max prices change. That takes about an hour to code.

So 2.5hrs For this project.
