New parameters for REO

My IDX currently has an option for users to search for REO/Foreclosure properties. We set that up to search for keywords in the narrative/comments. My MLS feed now has a field for Bank Owned Y/N and Corporate Owned Y/N. How much to change to this more effective search type?

Hi Jeff,

They have not added this field to the IDX data yet. So this will not be possible.
We asked about this back in September and we sent you their reply.

Not yet, we haven't added it. We will let you know when we do.
