    Default Cms

    Can I add a follow up reminder (date and time) to my CMS? sort of like Outlook or google calendar to email you reminders or just look at the date in a calendar? Does this make sense?

    Hi John,

    It's not something we have done before - It is however something that we plan on adding to CMS 2 in the future - So you may want to discuss this your sales Rep. That said - If you were to have us custom code this into your site ( currently running CMS 1 ) - it could be done in a 5-7hr programming project.

    It's been out for a few months now - here was the blog post Morgan made.

    Just to clarify what I am suggesting in this thread is simply a small calender that you can click on the day - then you will be able enter a message to email to you on that day. Nothing as complex as Outlook or google calendars.

    Thank you,

    Will that work for each individual assigned agent to be emailed just the message they entered from their own assigned leads within the system? Or, would you need to have a custom calendar for each team member developed?

    Aaron:
    Thanks- I also sent another work order question - is that offered with cms2 upgrade?

    Since the promo is over, what is the charge to upgrade to 2? it appears to me that it may make more sense to upgrade to 2 than to add custom hours to 1.

    Since that was a year ago, is there a 3 coming out soon?
    Thanks

    It's not something we've made yet - so you could work out the specs with your sales rep to have it coded how you wanted. My suggestion would just be a section in the CMS - "reminders" or something ... that the agents could go to - it's not really tied into the leads at all.

    I'm not sure what you mean. I don't think those are features of CMS 2

    We would provide an estimate for the upgrade on your site and it would be billed out at our regular hourly rate. A site such as your site would likely be a 10-15hr upgrade to CMS 2.

    Thanks Aaron;
    I went back to read the thread because I misread it. I am considering upgrading the site, so I will wait on the upgrade. I'll wait for you to look at the other work order. Thanks.
