Modifying Contact snippet

Hi all,
I am working on the website for Roxy Seligman. The dev site address is:
dev163.rewtemplates.com/. I have been trying to modify the contact snippet. I am able to do so but the new fields I add in the snippet do not display the way I want them to in the lead manager. For example when I add a "Price Range" field to the contact snippet my contact page looks like:

After submitting the information from the contact snippet I can now view the submitting information in the lead manager. When I view the lead in I see the value I entered for Price Range but the lead manager does not lable which text field from the contact snippet the information came from, it groups it in the comments field which is just the message body.

Is their a way to add code to the contact snippet that forces the lead manager to label which text field the data came from?

Hi Pete,

Unfortunately - there is not a way to do that without having us modify the code on our end. If you need to make such changes to the contact forms and require our assistance - it will require a work order.

That is kind of what I figured. I may put a work order in for an update to have this done. Let me talk with Roxy. For now I guess this issue is closed.
