Newletter - PRINT & MAIL vendor?

Can anyone recommend a specific VENDOR that can BOTH print & mail newsletters?

I intend to provide the design/content for the newsletter AND the scrubbed mailing list. I just need a reputable company that can print and mail. I've looked around and most vendors seem to just print (no mailing) OR they sell template newsletters with pre-written content which they will mail.

For the one or two vendors that I have come across that seem to do both (for instance, PSPRINT), i've asked them for design specifications so that we leave adequate space for the required address/postal service information however I never get a response. Part of the problem is that most of these companies have run their print shop and their mail operations completely separate and its impossible to get a response from both.

Can anyone provide a PRINT & MAIL vendor recommendation for a newsletter? Thanks!
