What kind of moves can be made while preselling Real Estate?
Are there any legal limits to preselling real estate?
Does it have to incorporate in to high rises such as condo development or can it be any form of sale?
Is it only for developers that have low or no capitol?
What other information could you give me on this topic?

I mean, preselling vacancies for the developments proposed, then, developing with that money, it's usually only done when there's a lack of initial capitol.
