    Exclamation "Million dollar property experiment"

I dont know if anyone has watched this show but its about two developers who invest in houses, furnish them with beautiful furniture and then of course sells the house to make a hefty profit. One question though, what do they do with the furniture? Does it come with the house upon purchase? or is it simply rented to make the house look attractive, then brought back? Some help would be greatly appreciated!

There are companies that specialize in this practice. The furnature is leased. Just call any local builder and ask who they use to decorate their model homes.

Often times this is called "staging" a home for sale.

I would think it is the preferred practice if you have the means to do it affordably.
