Y! Toolbar and Yahoo! Real Estate

Anybody use Yahoo! Real Estate with the Y! Toolbar?

I don't know if it would save me anytime during research.

I've never tried yahoo toolbar, have always used google's. I might have to look into it.

I pretty much stick with Google too since it gets the most traffic and has so may goodies.
